Add the following to shaker:
1 shot Bourbon
1oz lemon Juice
3/4oz Maple syrup 
2oz Apple Cider
3 dashes of bitters

ADD Ice and shake!

Strain into Coup glass. Garnish with Dehydrated lemon and cinnamon stick.
